2. Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to answer enquiries, assess a possible professional relationship and maintain requested communications. The legal basis is consent and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps requested by the person concerned. Web analytics is based exclusively on cookie consent.
3. Data, retention and recipients
Identification, professional and enquiry data is processed. It is kept as long as needed to answer the enquiry and, if it leads to a professional relationship, for the applicable statutory periods. The form is processed by Nominalia and sent by email without a dedicated database. If analytics cookies are accepted, Google Ireland Limited processes browsing data through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Data is not sold or disclosed to third parties except where legally required or to necessary providers.
4. Rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability at info@ebenistia.com, withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.
5. Required data and automated decisions
Required fields are necessary to answer the enquiry. No automated decisions or profiles with legal or similarly significant effects are produced.
6. Security and international transfers
Proportionate technical and organizational safeguards are applied. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area using the mechanisms and safeguards stated in its data protection terms. Analytics remains disabled until consent is obtained.
7. Advertising measurement
Advertising measurement has a separate, optional consent from analytics. If accepted, Google Ireland Limited may process campaign and browsing data and cookie identifiers through Google Ads. A conversion is sent only after the server confirms successful form submission; form fields and enquiry contents are not sent. Ad personalisation remains disabled. Rejecting this consent does not affect enquiry submission. You can withdraw it using the Cookies button. The transfer safeguards described in Google’s documentation apply.
